friend hs is v overweight & struggles a lot w catching her breath. she grew up eating mostly fast food or processed pre packaged stuff. i hope she’s able to eat healthier, but growing up poor it’s not a subject i broach w her bc she’s very self conscious ab it
@TiredAng3l you can ask anything💕 i have loose skin but so far its just very stretchy and not sagging but im not done losing weight so we’ll see how i finish cookin 😅 the most of the loose skin is upper arms and inner thighs.
My delivery arrived. I gambled I'll like the peanut cloud, hazelnut spread and the chocolate shake, so I got more than 1 of those. I'll be trying everything eventually. The peanut butter & jelly was almost twice as expensive because it's labeled 'usa' so I hope it's good.

The wild cherry has 206 calories. Covered in white chocolate and crunchy bits. Smells like marzipan. Tastes a bit like it too. The cherry flavor is nice, reminds me of cherry coke. This is the first bar covered in white chocolate that I don't dislike. 7/10 👍

@cafeopen247 STOP 😭 Bodies are complicated and impossible to track down to exacts. Even TDEE and BMR are inaccurate to certain degrees. You're gonna flux no matter how much math you do. It really should be just a guiding line rather than an exact target.
