As promised, we will try to get into a better cadence of updating the community more frequently.
This will sometimes happen from my account, sometimes via @FlynnJohnsonn, and sometimes via @smileyXBT for example. Toshi main will amplify.
In the case of a big update or announcement it will come from the @toshi handle directly.

So for today there are a few things I can share with you that tell you a bit about what is happening behind the scenes.
1. World Mobile partnership. We want this to be high impact for a partner that has done so much for us, asking so little in return. Truly grateful to @WorldMobileTeam, @em_gr10 and team.
We will roll everything out at a moment where we can do right by them with attention, traction and more. The following points will point a bit to the when, although not a specific time.
tl;dr it's more timing than anything else at this point.
2. Our partnership with @tinyhumansai. I speak with @senamakel 4-5 days out of the week. As AI moves fast, the developments in what we're trying to achieve together also moves incredibly fast. You will see multiple smaller announcements in the coming weeks, leading to bigger announcements as well. Again, timing depending on multiple factors not in our direct control.
3. This one is a bit of a more complex one to explain.
At this point I think it is somewhat known that I do a lot of advisory, and a bit less known that I guided multiple 9 and 10 figure TGEs on their GTM strategy.
Through my experience and knowledge there and through my conversations with @senamakel I realized that there is an untapped vertical in our industry that can be tapped into, but nobody has either really tried to figure it out, or nobody just figured it out yet.
We have been, and are, figuring out how to make this work. I have been speaking to multiple large institutional players in the industry, and so far they are all rather excited to bring this to life.
I will not share updates on this ad any point until it goes live, hoping that it is all possible, as we would be the first to ever do this.
It's something I am extremely excited for.
It's important to know that Toshi is an integral part of the structure, not leading it, yet there is a lot of value driven to Toshi through this.
4. We are working on improving our output of updates, announcements, and direct interaction with the community. This was one of our most fun things and active aspects during the 2023 end of the bear, so let's get back to it somehow.

This is feedback we’ve received more than once, and it’s fair. We can't deny that. It’s also an area where we know we can do better. Anyone familiar with the work around Toshi knows a lot of the value has historically been built behind the scenes, through private conversations, partnerships, and execution away from public timelines. That is where a lot of the progress happens, but it also means the community has not always been kept as consistently updated as it should be. This stems from my personal advisory work that generally always happens under NDA and behind closed doors, thus there is no reporting to anyone about it. Toshi shouldn't suffer from my personal mindset there. That’s not an excuse. Toshi as a project can and should improve here. We’ll sit down with the team and work on a quick turnaround fix, including handing more of these updates to the people best equipped to communicate regularly and clearly with the community. Separately, as you know, we’re currently working with @tinyhumansai. Through some somewhat cryptic tweets, we’ve made it clear that something significant is being built. What we’re working on is new, and it may solve a lot of the legal issues projects have been dealing with for a long time. Because of that, we’re being very careful about keeping the circle small before rolling it out publicly. This also extends beyond a single partnership. The goal is to help establish a new gold standard. Toshi is not the main entity behind it, but it is a crucial partner within it. That also means not every update is ours alone to share. There are definitely other things to update you on too, but the “magic sauce” needs to be legally triple checked before anything is rolled out. Protecting the people and projects involved comes first. So yes, we will get you an update this week. Beyond that, we need to find a better cadence, whether that’s community updates, regular reminders of what has already been done, or clearer communication around what is currently being worked on. And honestly, @FlynnJohnsonn could talk to you all day about the GIFs and how many views they’ve done. Thanks for being an amazing member of the community, and thank you for the valuable feedback.

GIF and sticker views are up approximately 133% over the last month for @Toshi, growing from 450k to over 1.05M daily views.
We're only about two weeks into producing 100 GIFs/stickers per week, so we likely haven't seen the full impact of the increased output yet.
The early results are very encouraging.
