@Tirsk Were you in contact with them via email? I first submitted feedback via McFeedback where I mentioned the issue, then ticked the box to have them contact me, and in their email they offered to either give me points in the app or send me the physical coupons

McDonald's forgot my cinnamon bun so I sent a complaint and decided to take them up on their offer to send compensation via mail instead of the app Why do I think this is cool lmao
