Considering the overall atrocious state of athletics at South Carolina, a win today would have really been a nice lift to an exhausted fan base.
That said, I can’t help but look at this season and think it was 1 of Dawn’s better coaching jobs.

Mfs talking shit about Dawn losing in the NATTY, citing her salary. While we pay the football coach twice as much and we aren’t guaranteed 6 wins every year. The football team, MBB, baseball don’t win shit. And you are complaining about the program whose floor is the FF. 🙄

I see some comments that say Joyce doesn’t care, and I don’t agree at all. I just think Joyce doesn’t show a ton of emotion, but that by far does not mean she doesn’t care. I know fandom is a thing but let’s not over-analyze their responses.

The Final Four on Friday night was not a great showcase for women’s college basketball. UConn looked incapable of running a secondary offensive set. UCLA had a season-high 23 turnovers. South Carolina missed 15 layups, and Texas’ best offensive player missed 20 field goals.

UCLA fans stay out of my mentions plz. Yes, UCLA whipped the Gamecocks in 2024. Jones and Elina tore us up esp from the 3 point line. Our starters did not contribute and we were outrebounded. BUT the two teams' makeup is different this round as y'all can see. STFU and GTFOH
