Going by the wording of the effect it should NOT be doubling the heal, considering it says "heals you AND THEN applies On-Hits an additional time". It reads like the healing should be "consumed" before the doubling is applied. But its riot, anything could go.

@bonevoid maybe im biased as a top, but the TP is just fine. Its some extra flexibility, but the really long CD means its not that amazing, and the XP + bonus levels kinda dont matter that much, you dont get a crazy number out of it, and after that u dont have a quest anymore

So that is why these skins and themes are so colorful! It's how Demons see themselves! Since Demons are part of the spirit world and I've always been guessing, spirits, it makes sense that their sight is similar to how we've been shown the Spirit Realm before. Weird and colorful!

@GriffinHQ_ Reading the card (item) explains the card (item). It specifically says "deals damage and heals AND THEN applies On-Hits twice". So first you heal, then you apply the double On-Hits, it doesnt double itself.

@bonevoid Its 10% AP + 3% Bonus HP. Those ratios are piss. Without other items it heals for a MASSIVE 15 HP.

From lvl 1, they have 2 combat summoners, they immediately can use TP w 2 combats to join a fight.

@SmolGwen @TheSaneClowns @Phantasm_EUW I mean, the smite upgrade is more a net zero than an actual reward cause it’s there to allow junglers to stay on somewhat even footing despite having to run smite instead of another summ. The MS is good though, but again, it’s not guaranteed value like the boots
