I watched PBE changes and this Statikk Shiv change is too BROKEN go live 🚨
Statikk Shiv now applies on-hit effects on every lightning bolt on PBE ⚡️
Riot designs systems around 3-hit passives…
then adds items that bypass them ❓❓❓
This isn’t small.
It fundamentally breaks how some champs are balanced.
Off the top of my head: Yi, Senna, Akshan, Varus, Yunara, Kog’maw, Kai’sa
Niche cases: Braum, Tahm Kench, Aurora (?), Ekko
Who else abuses this?

Plutôt d'accord avec ce constat sur la temporalité de One Piece, entre Punk Hazard et Elbaph, il s’est écoulé 15 ans pour nous mais à peine 3 mois pour les Mugiwara 🥲
Une progression étalée sur quelques années aurait sans doute donné encore plus de poids à l'évolution des personnages et à leur montée en puissance jusqu'au sommet du monde

Unpopular opinion mais ça me dérange trop que dans one piece le temps il passe quasiment pas entre les arcs + le fait que l’équipage a passé plus de temps séparé que réuni, il aurait fallu qu’il se passe aux moins 6/7 ans depuis le début de one piece

@maurogarih Asol specifically does outscale most champions cause his stacks threshold is way more impacting than any other "infinite scaling champion".
%Max HP Q dps, %MaxHP E Exec, size scaling on 3 abilities, while not relying that much on AP (contrary to smolder on AD for example)

@monsterhunter Nothing is impossible but I can’t see myself completing this one. I’m not particularly good but I did solo Proof of a hero. Here I can’t even pass the dps check in third phase with support hunter. Moreover, tar explosions deal much more damage, blocking it chip health fast
