Ouma Oluga gave each KES. 200 and an umbrella. The whole week people were paid in preparation for today's event. They were instructed to fill the air with "two term" and "rais tano tena" This regime is so desperate that they pay people to attend their events. What's more worrying is the fact that they have stolen too much money that they are able to 'pay' citizens wherever they go.
