I met him again years later at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance when he was filming JACKIE BROWN. I worked at a video store in the mall called Suncoast. He remembered me even though years had gone by and even remembered that I loved THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON. He must have a helluva memory because I don't think I was an unbelievably memorable 12 year old when O first met him.

I wanted my dad to watch it when it came out after I first saw it. I was only 12. So I rented it at a hotel room and he was gambling at the casino for most of it. He walked in right at the rape scene. He goes, "is this what you wanted me to see? Some guy cornholin' another guy?", then walked out. 😂
