Before taking EDTE 4200, I didn't fully know what went into the technology aspect of education. There is so much out there that educators can utilize. This class has definitely opened my eyes up to all the way I can teach my future students! #CSUBEDTE4200 #CSUBTED

@tom_karnes A3)A big barrier to accessible technology is cost. Having internet is a must in today's world, so subsidized internet connection would help break the accessibility barrier to get community members the access to technology they need. #edte4200 #csubted @BarnellNicole

@doctor2pi A2) Quizlet: learning another language can be tough; mastering the fundamentals, can be challenging- with the use of flash cards, the student is able to customize the flashcards and the software, also has the option of pronunciation! #CSUBEDTE4200 #CSUBTED @doctor2pi

@xojessieeex @tom_karnes @doctor2pi Hi Jess, This is a great idea! I actually didn't even consider libraries even though I live in there when I'm on campus. Utilization of different sites and programs could be an issue as I had issues figuring out Twitter, myself.

@BarnellNicole @doctor2pi A1) Technology can be used to build and enhance relationships with my students in the classroom in many ways. One way technology can enhance a relationship is by using email to communicate with students and parents in a timely manner. #CSUBTEd #EDTE4200 @doctor2pi

@UrielOcegueda29 @BarnellNicole @doctor2pi I agree, that online activities that get the kids working together are a great way to build relationships. I plan to incorporate daily questions, silly ones, to get my students interacting with each other

@BarnellNicole @doctor2pi A1) A good way to build relationships w/ tech is through online activities where even shy students feel more comfortable participating and communicating. Also having an “online open door” allows for both student and parent to reach out for help. @doctor2pi #csubted #csubedte4200

@UrielOcegueda29 @doctor2pi Hi @UrielOcegueda29, I agree Google Translate does help both teacher and student. I actually had to use it not too long ago to let a student know he was needed in the library! so much easier than trying to brush off my Spanish.
