They haven’t been able to develop properly a BVR Air-Air Missiles. All they have done is getting Cheap L1 Components through Tender Process and Assembling them to make a BVR Air-Air Missile that isn’t in a League to compete with Russian and Israeli Air-Air Missiles forget comparing and Competing it with American AIM-120D, AIM-120C and European MBDA METEOR. Why would IAF despite having ASTRA and its Upcoming Variant are looking for Israeli ‘Sky Sting’ and Integration of R-37 ‘Axehead’ Air-Air Missile on Super Sukhoi Upgrade ?
