@emiline129 Always confused how the crime is worth 5 years if you plea but if you make a DA do the job they are paid for, now said crime is worth 10 years. Why is his debt to society different based on the hours of work a DA must do? Punishing ppl for exercising rights is awful

An AUSA just told me she would revoke my clients plea offer if I proceeded with my motion to reconsider is detention so he could see his child one last time before he is deported.
