Tillis, Collins, Murkowski are always a problem, and now Cassidy might stick it to Trump for backing Letlow. They're enough to sink any reconciliation bill. It is only going to get harder so long as we have these backstabbers in their seats.

He was in new Orleans a few weeks ago. Colorado, likely Portland and everywhere else.
Now, he’s gaining refuge in Somali Mosques.
