@RAIL Nigel, We used to keep the doors shut to allow the cleaner to get through, clean the train and put the seat reservations on. Easier than someone sitting in a reserved seat.

We should never forget the appalling overreach of the state during covid. Imagine banning people from going for a solitary walk in the countryside! It was never justified. It must never happen again.
