From what I understand about the BoRap editing win, it was because the movie was plagued by production problems. The fact that the final product was coherent and watchable at all was due to immense effort on the part of the editor, hence his Oscar win

Pose clef 1 ; il est à gauche de l'écran
poste clef 2 ; il est au niveau de la main.
Et les frame entre ces deux poses se font après avoir fixé ces pose clefs.
Mais sur le rendu y'a eu un bug, corrigeable mais il l'ont gardé.

Dans ce plan quand Krokmou hésite à s'approcher d'Harold, c'est un bug d'animation.
L'animation était pas pensée comme ça de base, mais le bug rajoute tellement de vie au personnage qu'il l'ont gardé.
