Joy was her name. In 2007 she came to write her WAEC as external student in Chambers Comprehensive High School Oyigbo, Rivers State. So, I was the Further Maths and the physics teacher in that school at the time (That's my father's school though). Her cousin brother (Miracle) introduced her to me to help her write her exams. The cousin brother was my student in the school and the Joy based in Aba with her parents but came to Oyigbo to write her exams then. I was 21yrs old and she could be 18yrs or 19yrs then. Fair in complexion, chubby and very beautiful, with a charming smile and big boobs. While the exams was going on, I asked her out she refused at first, so I didn't ask again but continued helping her. One day after exams, she kissed me herself on my way to seeing her off, that was the beginning of beautiful and sad things that followed. Instead of seeing her off to the bus stop, I redirected to Rizz Jazz guest house where I paid for short rest, and we knacked wetin no good that day before she went home. Mind you, she doesn't go home to Aba, but to her cousin's place. The cousin being a guy-man always leaves her to me and goes home alone. The sex continued like almost every day. So, after her exams she returned to Aba, and me self returned to Nekede where I was studying electrical engineering (Engr. P.C Okonkwo was the Rector then). The girl would visit me from Aba to Nekede. She was very beautiful and even looked more beautiful after the exams. For some reasons we lost communication for months. Until one day I ran into the cousin who told me that the girl's mom had an accident and killed a neighbour's child while trying to reverse her car in the compound. He gave me the girl's new number and I reached out, she told me her family was going through a lot. That her admission in ABSU to study nursing was pending at the time. After a few weeks the number stopped going again. I didn't hear from her for about six months. Then one day someone showed up in my family house. I had taken her to my family house once during her exams period. I was surprised to see her, I was even surprised how she could remember the road to my family house. I was very happy to see her after almost seven months or more. She asked why I haven't been checking on her, I told her the number I had stopped going, and I haven't seen her cousin in a long time. After staying in my house small, we went to Rizz Jazz guest house on her request and had a banger sex that I will never forget till today. In the evening, she told me she wants to return home. I asked her if she was going back to Aba, she said no. Where? She said "Don't worry". I asked her when I will see her again, she said "Time will tell". So, I saw her off and she left. She said she would call me once she gets a new phone and number. Two weeks later I ran into my younger sister's friend, Mercy, who also wrote WAEC same year and who was also her friend. She asked me if I heard that joy died March 2008. I asked her which joy? She said "Your Joy nah, have you forgotten your babe?" I told her that I was with joy two weeks ago, that even my mom and my elder brother saw her. She came to my house and we stayed. The girl said it's a lie and me self didn't believe her. She followed me to my house to confirm form my mom. My mom told her that joy was here two weeks ago and my elder brother too confirmed it. The girl called someone in Aba right in our presence who confirmed that joy died on her way to Uturu in a car accident in March 2008. I was shocked and in doubt. I didn't completely believe until I months later when I met that her cousin who was my student (His name is Miracle), he confirmed that she died in March of 2008. This is my own personal experience not a story. Since then, I have believed firmly that there's nothing like Hell or heaven. But I believe in spirits and ghosts and I believe in my ancestors.

Has a love one ever visited you to spend good time with you only for you to realize later that the person was dead at the time of the visit and that chance meeting was their way of saying goodbye?

@shittad_ @freshonly_ Oh, I'm not sure. We left oko oba for some years now but before we left, the school still exists. I only pass through Ladoje whenever I'm going to Agege, Ikeja, or Ogba.

I went to my nephew’s school and while his teacher was attending to me, a boy and a girl entered to complain. The teacher apologized to me and faced them, asking what happened The girl said the boy called her stupid and when asked why, he said she’s fond of shouting his name anytime she sees him and it’s irritating coupled with the fact that she doesn’t even pronounce the name well

The girl was asked why she does that and she said it’s because it makes her happy to say his name and she didn’t know it’s a crime The boy faced her and said it’s not a crime but he doesn’t like how she yells it, it annoys him The girl asked him how she should say the name and he said “in a gentle and cool manner” The girl said “Laisi” gently and before the boy could say jack, she shook her head and faced the teacher “ma, it won’t work for me, I grew up in Agege” Even the teacher couldn’t hold her laughter. I wonder how she later solved the case because she had to tell them to come back

His mother said that their friends and dignitaries couldn’t travel from Lagos to Benin. So, she asked me to tell my father that they would pay “family money,” so that my family and relatives could come to Lagos for the traditional wedding, the main wedding, and everything. Then I asked my ex, “Did you hear what your mother said?” He replied, “Yes. You know, all these lawyers and judges don’t like traveling like that. We will arrange comfortable accommodations for your family, and my parents are planning to compensate your dad with ₦20 million.” That was the end! No one has ever insulted my family the way this woman did.
