Silicon Valley optimizes for the 18-22 year old founder But probably the hungriest founder out there is the 27-34 year old founder → They were sold the american dream of go to college, get a job and stay in that job for 30 years and your life is sorted...they've realized it's a scame → They've been through adversity and have probably pivoted in their personal/career life multiple times → They are hungry to not be left behind by a society that didn't prepare them for what is happening in the job market today I want to see more 30-something first time founders get funded.
