There needs to be serious policy considerations for making the rehypothecation of Bitcoin illegal!
With the repeal of SAB 121 imminent. Traditional fiat games of under collateralized lending will cause serious pain if this fundamental rule is neglected.

@AP_Abacus Here’s how I define leverage—means the lender has >1:1 exposure. I have no problem w/ #bitcoin-backed loans that are overcollateralized (lender never goes >100% LTV). The moment a bitcoin lender goes >1:1 backing, by definition it’s insolvent. Bitcoin has no lender of last resort

We’re excited to invest in @ProsperaGlobal which is creating special economic zones in various countries (the first one in Honduras, hopefully eventually in the U.S.).
This is very much in line with our mission of creating economic freedom, and these zones will be heavy users of cryptocurrency. They may start small but can eventually help improve entire countries.
@erickbrimen and team deserve a ton of credit for getting this far - it took incredible resilience and grit, with lots of resistance
