🚨 WARNING: 92% OF EUROPE'S CRYPTO INDUSTRY WILL DISAPPEAR BY TOMORROW. 🇪🇺 Only 244 crypto firms have secured a MiCA license ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Europe previously had more than 3,000 registered crypto companies. That means roughly 92% are still not fully authorized under MiCA. Celebrating five years of tokenforge. When we started in 2021, the conditions were anything but easy. The regulatory framework that exists today, eWpG, MiCAR, the DLT Pilot Regime, was either brand new or not yet in place. We built through that uncertainty, through demanding market cycles, and grew precisely because we kept going when the path was far from clear. The conviction was simple to state and hard to execute: regulated financial products should be faster, cheaper, and more accessible without compromising on compliance. Five years later, that conviction has become operating infrastructure. In 2022, we issued the first security compliant with the German eWpG. Since then, we have delivered more than 50 projects across 5 European countries. We became an ISO 27001 certified company and are actively working on bringing our projects into DORA compliance. We have grown from a small, ambitious founding team into an international team of 25 full-time employees, with more on the way and expansion into LATAM underway. And we did not just build for others. With $TKFG, we launched one of the first MiCAR-compliant utility tokens in Europe, and its ecosystem is now developing rapidly. Today we serve banks, family offices, asset managers, SMBs and financial service providers across Europe.
