CALLER: Dave, I’m 45, engaged and worth almost $20 MILLION But my fiancée has no idea. DAVE RAMSEY: You’re engaged and she doesn’t know? CALLER: No. I’ve been hiding it. My last relationship went bad because of money, so I’m scared she’ll only want me for my wealth. DAVE RAMSEY: Then you made a mistake by waiting this long. You’re asking someone to marry you while keeping a $20 million secret. CALLER: So what do I do now? DAVE RAMSEY: Sit down face-to-face and tell her everything. Start with an apology. Tell her why you were afraid. Then show her the full picture. Marriage requires complete honesty. CALLER: Should I get a prenup? DAVE RAMSEY: In most cases, I’m not a fan of prenups. But when there’s a $20 million difference on the table, it’s different. A prenup isn’t about expecting divorce. It’s about making financial decisions while both people are thinking clearly instead of letting a judge make them later. The bigger risk isn’t the prenup. The bigger risk is trying to build a marriage on a secret.

On February 6, 2026, at a pre-Olympics press conference ahead of the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics opening ceremony, U.S. freestyle skier Hunter Hess set off a massive firestorm with this line: “Just because I wear the flag, it doesn’t mean I represent everything that is going on in the U.S.” After months, this is what he made out of that statement. Olympic skier Hunter Hess of Bend explains how he turned the controversy into a fundraiser benefiting youth action sports programs.

Caleb Hammer says:“I don’t have much sympathy for Boomers and Gen X when it comes to retirement.” They benefited from some of the best job markets and housing markets in history. Yet many failed to save even 5–10% of their income consistently. Had they done so, a large number of them would be multi-millionaires today. That’s the uncomfortable truth nobody wants to talk about.

Dave Ramsey said Gen Z and Millennials are the best generation he has ever led. Dave Ramsey: I have about 600 of your generation on our team, and I think it might be the best generation I've ever led. Interviewer: Why? Dave Ramsey: Because you guys grew up with this magic wand in your hand that if you push a button, stuff shows up on your front porch, or if you push another button, you can answer any question, or you push another button, anything you want is right there. And so, I don't run into scarcity thinking much in Zs and millennials. Most of you guys are glass-half-full and anything is possible because, by God, if you push a button, anything's possible, right? I mean, it's in your DNA, the way you were brought up. And it's just wonderful.

CALLER: “My wife secretly racked up $120,000 in credit card debt through gambling. I was about to borrow another $80,000 to pay it off and finish our home renovations.” DAVE RAMSEY: “Absolutely not.” CALLER: “Then what do I do?” DAVE: “The debt isn’t the biggest problem. The gambling and deception are.” CALLER: “Can our marriage survive this?” DAVE: “Only with total transparency. And if you reconcile, she doesn’t touch the family finances for years.” CALLER: “So no new loan?” DAVE: “No. Use assets, attack the debt, and deal with the addiction. Debt can be paid off. Trust has to be rebuilt.”

Does your partner stress about saving while you just want to enjoy life? You're not incompatible, you just see money differently. Learn each other's "money meaning" and create an Intimate Spending Plan together. It changes everything. You think this is right?

When it comes to spending, he won’t A 48 years old stay at home wife with no savings or retirement just found out how much her husband of 13 years make. Caller: He doesn’t share anything money with me, he does the grocery because he doesn’t give me any money. What does he have in retirement savings? Caller: I have no idea, I’ve never seen it, he has his mail routed to his parents, so I can’t see anything. Ohh My God!

Michael Zuber says all these REAL ESTATE experts were wrong. “The lack of affordability of homes does not mean prices fall, it means transactions fall” Michael Zuber: Transaction crashed 50% from new homes to existing homes “Interest rate went up 7% between 1978 to 82 instead of it to fall, it also went up in 1981 which is the worst affordability ever”

I'm not gonna lie... When I first saw this, I thought this was a joke.🤯 Then I found out it's actually Nina Hagen. If you've never heard of her, imagine punk rock, opera, heavy metal, performance art, and then somehow put all of that into one person. The crazy part is that this wasn't some internet character trying to go viral. Nina Hagen was doing this decades before social media even existed. Love it or hate it, you definitely won't forget it. Have you ever seen Nina Hagen before?
