A guy shows up to a girl’s performance holding a sign asking if she remembers him. She doesn’t. He holds up another sign revealing he’s the kid who put gum in her hair back in school. She remembered him immediately. He came with flowers and asked for forgiveness right there in front of everyone and she forgave him on the spot. This is the kind of accountability and redemption the internet needs more of. 🙏😂

Nothing about this behavior is acceptable. We as a whole, have a problem. A LARGE portion of black parents in this country ARE NOT doing their jobs. This is just a fact. We need to be much better. It’s really that simple. Better mindsets, better decisions, more accountability. Less blaming history, racism, and white people.

It was a very long day for me. I just got home from a funeral/memorial for my friends dad. I got there at 230. They had a viewing and then a mass. Then a dinner. It was hard for me to not get emotional. See I haven’t been to a funeral since my dad’s in 2013. My mom passed away about 2 years ago and I chose not to go. Long story. I don’t regret the decision I made. But in all reality I have missed my dad so much.
