@KurtLeavins No on ice officials seen the offside in the OT of the Ottawa Carolina game but the head office did... and they actually got the call right. When they instituted the video review the goal was to get the call right. In this game, they got the call right.

You will hear this opinion in the Cult of Hockey podcast David & I just finished, but no official was in position to make that call on the ice, and did not signal either way. Yeah, puck was “probably” in. But refs tipped the scales of justice in how they handled it. Bad look.
