@allenanalysis Let me explain why. Virginia has a law that districts must be compact, fair and drawn correctly. Democrats didn’t like the process of drawing them and failed so the Virginia Supreme Court made the districts. Dems tried to remove most Rep districts. The judge ruled that not legal.

Let me explain what just happened in Virginia. Yesterday, 2.5 million Virginians voted. They passed a redistricting amendment 50.7% to 49.3%. Today, one judge threw out every single vote. 🧵
