@khemaridh I’m just getting into zapier and integromat as someone with zero experience in automation and my experience is I just can’t get it to do exactly what I want. So I tend to abandon it as it seems like more effort than simply doing the original task manually!

@fortelabs Running. It meets all of the criteria for me. mentally engaging= you can think about anything you need/want to. Goal- oriented= train for marathon. Social/distancing= with friends outside. Can be be expanded/reduced. Variety= change the routes you run or who you run with

Summited G1 & G2 within 3 days, covering 8 days worth of trek from Nanga Parbat in just 3 days. We trekked with all our kit to Gasherbrum over 40km. Some extreme and challenging experiences at G1. With little to no respite in between but I’m ecstatic to say that’s 9x8000m 🏔 ✅
