@JoeM1904 Remember when you left the group chat cos you were getting teased

@JoeM1904 They would still be far more interesting than whatever you had to say

@RicardoHCAFC @LambSteve @JPhcafc lol I googled his birthplace. Sutton Coldfield didn’t fit and Walsall was closest 😂
English

@benmcquade_ @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc Yeah that’s fair enough and everyone has their own opinion. Think the fact he’s ambitious and proves to back managers makes him attractive. End of the day securing a manager this quickly when the likes of Cardiff have been looking for so long. Somethings pulled him towards us
English

@TomCockerill8 @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc fair, but i’m talking solely as if i’m a manager, is this the best owner I could work for? I’d look at his track record of appointing and sacking managers and ask Shota/Walter/Rosenior and they’d probs say no right?
No shade on Hull, just think he can hold out for a better job
English

Hull fans might be underwhelmed, but I think this a top top appointment, one that would excite me.
The job he’s done at Reading under the circumstances has been nothing short of miraculous. Plays a good brand of football that’s exciting to watch.
Hull are about to get fun.

Hull City are in advanced talks to agree a deal for Reading boss Ruben Selles to be their new manager with the deal expected to be finalised in the next 24/48 hours. #hcafc #ReadingFC footballinsider247.com/hull-city-in-a…

@benmcquade_ @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc Depends what you consider bad ownership. The clubs drastically improved in every aspect since he took over. Last season was because of him. And being a realistic Hull fan, pushing for promotion to the prem is all I could ever want. Also he has not invested as much as you think
English

@TomCockerill8 @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc so let’s say Rosenior was an okay appointment, along with Walter and Shota who were bad appointments, does that not reflect badly on Acun? Not a great track record given the money he’s invested too is it?
English

@benmcquade_ @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc Walter was a bad appointment and we can all see that. Rosenior is a split one. Fans of other clubs think we were stupid to sack him. End of the day we finish 7th with a team worth over £100m (Delap, Philogene, Greaves, Carvalho etc). He is now 1 point of relegation in France.
English

@TomCockerill8 @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc apologies i meant to put the brackets after the ‘sacked after a few months’. Still, sacking a manager you brought in yourself 18 games ago is a sign of bad ownership
English

@benmcquade_ @Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc You haven’t done your research if you think Walter was gone without a chance
English

@Jake_Tonge98 @ColBwfc .. about. Sacked a good manager in Rosenior for finishing 7th and now look.
I think there’s a decent chance he has an iffy first few months and he’s gone without a chance (like Walter). Imo stay at Reading and even if you drop off to mid table it’s still a remarkable tenure and

@HDMHullCity Were the Giles rumours an opinion too? @bazdjcooper yet again lazy clickbait journalism with no solid foundation. Give the man a chance like we all have to with your reports about city hoping that you will improve.

Tim Walter has got five matches to prove Hull City owner Acun Ilicali right. #hcafc
