But this doesn't appear to resolve the issue as I keep getting bills sent to me almost 6 months later.

@ScottishPower can you please sort your customer service out. I moved out of a business rental months ago, paid my final bill and notified you I've move out. Yet you keep sending me bills, I have spoke to seval people on the phone to say I'm no longer responsible for the bills.
