Devastated by the loss of my friend, Cllr Mahalia France-Mir. A wonderful and kind person who was so close to many of us in the Leeds Labour Group. She is going to be missed by so many in Moortown, Meanwood and across the city. My thoughts are with her family at this tragic time.
