I collaborated w David Tyrrell in the early 1980s at the @The_MRC Common Cold Unit. Housed in temporary buildings on Salisbury Plain, left over from World War II, David et al carried out careful studies on volunteers. Who wd hv thought their work would be important 40 yrs later?
