@KayVriend No surgery/cutting. Combination of needles extracting the disc fluids stopping the pressure on my nerves and then patching it up with a different fluid. Quite noninvasive, recovery should be fast

After 20yrs of back issues, I'm finally getting treatment for two untreated hernias. Yes (Dutch) Healthcare is pretty much free. But it comes with a total lack of urgency. Can't wait to feel young again.
