Not even close to “non stick” worst pans I’ve used. Better pans for £5 in Tesco IMHO

At what point to @UKLabour and @RachelReevesMP ‘s constant U-Turns on tax & spending stop being called “leaks” & actually be called out as market manipulation?
Not even a sieve has as many leaks as this Government.
If the public understood the bond market there would be uproar.

She shouldn’t be sacked - that’s a step too far(and then some)…but should receive maximum fine.

@TomMairs @RachelReevesMP @UKLabour New ministers must have a very steep learning curve. In addition, they're exposed to changes in personal lives due to having ministerial roles.
They can't be expected to know everything, but I'm amazed there isn't someone to guide them & help them navigate potential pitfalls.

Absolutely staggering that @RachelReevesMP didn’t seek the legally required licences to rent out her property.
Should receive the max fine. Another stark example that @UKLabour have ZERO clue about the UK rental market and the number associated costs for Landlords.

@get_involved1 @Donotbealiar @mtpennycook Correct. As 1-3 property Landlords sell unwilling & unable to sustain the overly protective tenant world, where tenants can opt not pay for up to 7 months before a court will even consider repossession, big corps, move in.
The legislation has good bits, but is packed with crap.

Student 1 bed & 2 bed flats cease to exist and the playing field between PBSA & off Street HMO has been completely destroyed, such that big corp PBSA providers get a HUGE uplift at students expense. They will be forced into tower blocks.

It's cheaper to buy than rent. Only appalling properties will be affected if the landlord is not meeting required standards and rightly so. More house sales more taxes. Plenty of student accommodation in good condition that will remain.
