@TomTom waar zijn mijn plaatsen in TomTom Go Expert Android app? Sinds gisterenmiddag zijn ze verdwenen terwijl ze in MyDrive EU app wel aanwezig zijn en gesynchroniseerd met MyDrive. plan.tomtom.com is ook leeg. Ik ben niet de enige met dit probleem? Los dit op.

Hey @TomTom !! What’s the update on the sync problems with routes and “my places!? Everyday they disappear. I’m on a frigging roadtrip and my routes being deleted is seriously impacting my trip 😡😡😡 Can’t even get them back anymore now! This is how you lose customers!!

@TomTom Kedves TomTom! Sajnos ismét eltűntek a kedvenc helyek az előfizetéses programból. Pár napig jó volt majd ismét eltűnt az összes. Így nagyon nem éri meg előfizetni erre a navigációs programra.

@TomTom Now I can not even login to mydrive anymore. We have a 4 day trip planned and I need to go and drive with another app. This will end a lot of contracts. No communication also.

@TomTom @Caperuzaferoz1 @Mellon_Twitch Az én saját helyeim helyre álltak majd ismét eltűntek. Május 11-én még meg voltak majd mára újra eltűnt az összes. Én kamionos vagyok és azért fizetek elő a TomTom-ra mert nagy segítség a munkámhoz de így sajnos nem ér semmit. Akkor kénytelen leszek más alternatíva után nézni.

@TomTom loving the TomTom go Truck subscription, just one suggestion tho Make it possible to save multiple truck profiles and name them for all of us who have to jump from truck to truck! Also maybe put the vehicle profile menu on the first screen rather than buried in settings

@TomTom Hello. I am having problems with my tomtom syncing. I am a driving instructor and have many routes saved as well as favourite places stored. A few days ago they disappeared from my mobile tomtom app. I reloaded the routes overnight. The next morning they disappeared again
