The 1st @ISROC_Network Inundation Signatures on Rocky Coastlines Field School on St. CROIX, USVI. Another fantastic week in the Caribbean with a great group of participants- learnt a lot about coastal boulder deposits that I hope to put to good use! @UlsterUniGES

We visited a wide variety of modern depositional environments and Pleistocene/Mio-Pliocene outcrops in a whirlwind tour of the beautiful island of Bonaire.

Had a great day at the @Quaternary_Irl Spring meeting and AGM on Saturday hosted at @UlsterUniGES. Some great Quaternary themed presentations and discussion- it was a pleasure to present at, and highly appreciative to have won the Best Postgraduate Presentation Award.

Looking forward to a great day of presentations and posters at the @Quaternary_Irl spring meeting. A pleasure to design the logo feat. Irish Elk, Mountain Avens (Dryas) and the Mourne Mountains.

Rather late, but, had a fascinating time at the @NHM_Botany Taxonomic Principles and Tools in Botanical Research course, specialising in Bryophytes, last month @NHM_London. A fantastic insight behind the scenes with a sunny field trip to Thursley Common, what's not to enjoy?

Thoroughly enjoyed my first conference presenting my PhD topic- to @SLaCC_QRA this afternoon. Thank you for making me feel welcome and I'm looking forward to hopefully bringing my first data next year in person!

While not as extensive as at my usual Pen-y-ghent pilgrimage, it was wonderful to see Purple Saxifrage on the basalt escarpment of Benevenagh, Co. Londonderry today @BSBIbotany @BSBI_Ireland @BinevenaghLPS @cedarnmni

Last week I had a brilliant time on the @NERCscience 3D and 4D imaging (XCT) course in Manchester lead by @K_J_Dobson. Certainly has some fascinating potential applications to my current PhD work!

Thoroughly enjoyed yesterday and this morning's series of talks covering an impressively wide number of geoscience topics; looking forward to the Quaternary aspects of this afternoon's session at #IGRM23 @UlsterMuseum
