After 10 years, I’m leaving the FAI. Grateful to have worked in international football as GU16 Head Coach, and 2 years with the WNT, including qualifying for our first World Cup in 2023. Thankful for the people and experiences along the way. Looking forward to what’s next.

A trip to Portugal with our GU16s. Strong performance and an important development opportunity against top opposition. We came away with a 2–0 win, but the bigger value was testing our principles, decision making and resilience in a demanding environment.
