Please help expose the corruption of the Letlow Network. Our concern is specifically about carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) and what it is doing to Louisiana landowners. Louisiana law currently allows private corporations, including foreign-owned ones, to use eminent domain to permanently seize Louisiana landowners’ property to bury industrial CO2 underground. We are talking about land that has been in families for generations. The Louisiana Supreme Court already ruled that economic development alone is not sufficient justification to take private land. They keep pushing anyway, telling landowners to fight it in court, knowing most families cannot afford $100,000 in legal fees. What landowners lose is not just the surface. They lose the underground pore space, the plume, and effectively their mineral rights. It is a permanent taking of generational family land handed to foreign-owned corporations collecting American taxpayer subsidies. CCS runs entirely on federal taxpayer money. There is no real market for buried CO2. Remove the government subsidy and the entire industry disappears overnight. Louisiana is being set up as the permanent dumping ground for industrial waste dressed up as climate policy while foreign capital collects the profits and Louisiana families hold the liability forever. Julia Letlow signed a letter carried to Japan to recruit foreign investors into a CCS project in Caldwell Parish, one of Louisiana’s poorest communities, that promised 75 jobs and has delivered zero in five years. Her fiancé is a partner at Jones Walker law firm. He’s is the lead lobbyist heading up the CCS scam. Jones Walker testified before the Louisiana legislature defending CCS eminent domain. When landowners pushed back at that hearing, Jones Walker attorneys told them to go find a lawyer and the Southern poverty Law Center. (Yes the one fighting white supremacy and was just indicted for paying the KKK $3M)

The trust is gone. And it did not disappear overnight. When the official summaries given to voters consistently misrepresent what they are actually voting on, at some point you have to ask whether that is incompetence or a strategy. Louisiana is not confused. Louisiana is paying attention.

The only way America will ever be great again is by returning to Jesus. The US Constitution was designed for a highly moral Christian population. It simply doesn't work under any other circumstances.

"I have found the records to prove a direct loop where Hope In Action PAC takes major funds from carbon capture and energy giants like Commonwealth LNG and CapturePoint and funnels it to the Accountability Project. This group then pays the same Mandeville firm currently under Senate investigation, People Who Think LLC, to run ads supporting Julia Letlow. The paper trail is clear: Letlow is the hand-picked candidate of the carbon industry, not the people of Louisiana." 🧵receipts in thread

#Louisiana We need to talk about what’s actually happening in this Senate Primary. #JuliaLetlow I have found the records to prove a direct loop where Hope In Action PAC takes major funds from carbon capture and energy giants like Commonwealth LNG and CapturePoint and funnels it to the Accountability Project. This group then pays the same Mandeville firm currently under Senate investigation, People Who Think LLC, to run ads supporting Julia Letlow. The paper trail is clear: Letlow is the hand-picked candidate of the carbon industry, not the people of Louisiana. 🧵receipts in thread 🧵 👇

Sometimes attention is drawn to a specific person with intent so that we do our research. It’s important that we vet them all. Because of President Trumps endorsement I researched Julia Letlow for myself & so should everyone. Also keep in mind John Flemming is the only one who didn’t receive donations from Pharma companies whereas Cassidy & Letlow did receive. ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS

Steve Scalise just endorsed Julia Letlow. Let’s talk about what that actually means. This is a network that’s wildly profitable, connected, and protected. Scalise personally chose W. Gray Stream as King of the 2026 Washington Mardi Gras Ball. Stream founded Gulf Coast Sequestration and is in line for up to $600M in federal DOE grants- for CCS projects. (Is any other landowner getting $600M?) Stream Family Limited Partnership donated to HOPE IN ACTION PAC. HOPE IN ACTION PAC funded The Accountability Project. The Accountability Project is run by Jason Hebert. Jason Hebert is Scalise’s own longtime political strategist. All of it on FEC.gov. The treasurer of HOPE IN ACTION PAC publicly supported Letlow for Congress in 2021. This network was built a long time ago. Now here’s the question nobody is asking. Letlow sits on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development — the subcommittee that controls federal DOE funding. The same funding stream that could deliver $600 million to Gray Stream’s company. Did she ever disclose that her fiancé lobbies for CCS at Jones Walker — the firm that testified against Louisiana landowners? Did she ever recuse herself from anything touching CCS funding? We’d like to know. Scalise gets a Senate ally who will never touch the 45Q tax credits funding the entire CCS industry. Stream gets the $600M grants. Hebert runs the attacks and strategizes his way to more power. Letlow gets the Senate seat. Louisiana landowners get the dumping ground, the pipelines, the land seizures, and the permanent liability. What does Jeff Landry get? This is not a coincidence. This is a network. Is it any wonder they spent $10M trying to destroy John Fleming? Louisiana, meet your rulers. They don’t debate you. They destroy you. Because they cannot afford for Louisiana landowners to have a voice in the United States Senate.
Julia B Letlow, Ph.D.@jbletlow

🚨 ENDORSEMENT 🚨 I’m incredibly honored to have the endorsement of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise in this race as we work to send President Trump another strong ally in the U.S. Senate. 🇺🇸

New: As to be expected, the Louisiana GOP Executive Committee will NOT endorse in the runoff between Letlow and Fleming, per an email sent to RSCC members. The group met this afternoon to discuss issuing an endorsement, and passed a motion deciding against it, per LAGOP Chairman Derek Babcock
