Last year I lost my heart dog Peste, a Standard Poodle, to immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) at only 3.5 years old. She went from healthy to gone in less than 48 hours on April 5, 2025.
That loss pushed me to start researching autoimmune disease in Standard Poodles. 🧵

So you have birth certificate marriage license and SS card / number. This is not 1930s America 🙄 If you lost yours you can even obtain those things online imagine that! Last name only changes legally if married or through court petition. Even if everything I owned was destroyed in a fire or flood it’s pretty easy to replace those documents nowadays

Currently, to register to vote in all states, the registration form does ask you to provide identifying information like your driver’s license number, ID card number or the last four digits of your Social Security number — this helps verify your identity.
The SAVE Act would deny legitimate voters from registering based on voter fraud, which even the conservative Heritage Foundation has investigated and found the occurrence is 0.0003% of the time.
It is voter suppression and the SAVE Act intention is based on lies.

Yesterday, white supremacist Jake Lang organized a protest outside Gracie Mansion rooted in bigotry and racism. Such hate has no place in New York City. It is an affront to our city’s values and the unity that defines who we are.
What followed was even more disturbing. Violence at a protest is never acceptable. The attempt to use an explosive device and hurt others is not only criminal, it is reprehensible and the antithesis of who we are.
I want to thank the brave men and women of the NYPD who acted quickly to keep New Yorkers safe. Our officers ran toward danger without hesitation, demonstrating once again the courage and dedication it takes to protect this city every single day.
My administration is closely monitoring the situation and I remain in close contact with our Police Commissioner.

Capitol Police were attempting to remove an unhinged protestor from the Armed Services hearing. He was fighting back. I decided to help out and deescalate the situation.
This gentleman came to the Capitol looking for a confrontation, and he got one. I hope he gets the help he needs without causing further violence.
