Looks like research is finally going towards new “software” approach instead of hardware augmentation. It was clear that the race to bigger/faster/stronger hardware is mostly a decoy to feed the circular economy between datacenters, hardware producers and model providers. It’s interesting to see more and more labs pursuing different approaches, trying to work around attention or developing completely new - and more efficient - architectures. Soon we’ll see some interesting things in the ai space, maybe not in the direction where everyone is looking at - at least this is where we’re heading. Our own mantra has always been to look at things from a different perspective, allowing us to see more clearly the gap that current approaches are creating and to develop our own vision. Data talks, you just have to listen.

$REI public access is near.

A few recent updates to Rei Chat and Rei API. 1/ Rei Chat now supports configurable access to specialized tools for each Unit. Toggle Web Search, Image Generation, Chart Generation, Crypto Data, and Academic Research on or off depending on the task.

I'll be straightforward about why $REI is one of my highest-conviction AI picks. Most projects in this space are betting on distribution. Get users first, build later. @Rei_labs bet on architecture. Build something real first, then open it up. That's the harder path. It's also the more defensible one. Rei Core is their OWN reasoning system. Hanabi-1 is their OWN financial model. ERCData is their OWN blockchain standard. At ~$24M mcap you're buying into an AI research lab with live products, an active ecosystem, and a public release happening right now. The market hasn't priced in what this becomes if Core proves itself at scale. I think it will. That's why extremely bullish

Let me tell you why I keep accumulating $REI. @Rei_labs is building infrastructure, not just a product. That distinction matters enormously. Products compete with each other. Infrastructure benefits from everyone who builds on it. Reflect, Ecliptica, Shekel, gg.xyz these are all separate teams building on Rei Core. Every one that succeeds adds demand for $REI. That's the flywheel. You don't need to bet on one product winning. You bet on the ecosystem growing. Public release is happening soon. The window between closed beta and mainstream adoption is historically where infrastructure plays make the most sense to enter. I've been watching this project for a while. This is the moment I've been waiting for. $REI at $30M mcap is one of the most asymmetric bets I see in the space right now.

We’re making a set of incremental updates to Rei API and Rei Chat over the next few days. Some of this work touches core request handling, so there may be brief periods of intermittent availability as changes roll out. Once complete, these updates should reduce latency on general queries, cut down on edge-case failures, and improve API stability under load.
