THIS!!! it is physically impossible to consume less than 1200c for a long period of time, anorexia has nothing to do with your daily calorie intake but the simple fact you're counting your cals and restricting them

@ccvecure It never is, something that u can use it findtdee.com It bases its calculations off ur day-to-day activities instead of several preset options.
