@LadyOliviaFox @OnePhysion @Barclays Yea pretty suprised they refunded me in the end. Offered me 15% back at first and they would send another pair out but said no. I would just go down the route of contacting your bank tbh they don't seem to great at customer service. Good luck 👍

Hey @Barclays I have been scammed by @OnePhysion ordered something 2 months ago and never received my order. They won't refund me and keep telling me it will arrive. Anything you can help me with?

@Alastair_B_T @OnePhysion We have been scammed. Exactly the same situation as me. Just call up your bank and request a chargeback. Will end up costing them more too as they get charged for it
