Reading on 🚂 heading home from @Tomorrows_co FIA Summit. Also launched today is @chwaraeteg report which says Wales’ #GenderPayGap has ⬆️ this yr to 14.5%, while the UK figure has ⬇️ 60% of low paid workers are women, if we want real financial inclusion this needs to change.
