@FTC this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with Spirit. In reading the price while trying to check out is not ok. When the lower price is shown on the first search sceen no matter how many times you refresh or start over

Switched to my phone or a different computer. The price on the screen shows one price and then magically increases on the pay screen. When I reached out I was told prices change often. That’s fine, but shouldn’t the price on the main screen change as well? Not sure you in and

I emailed them immediately multiple times. No response. And then they mailed them all out and they didn’t even arrive until today after Christmas. Huge waste
