@apetitouk have sent my mum a bill for over £1k following the loss of bank details due to a huge cyber attack. They never told her that her direct debit stopped, or her bank details were missing and she had no idea. She is devastated - come on @apetitouk - you need to do better

This is excellent, so easy to do. We’ve had a single woman pretend to know us and walk with us as she was being followed, he stopped and walked off, single women sharing a table in a pub as they felt vulnerable. We shouldn’t need to do this, but we do.

@Joanne10904731 @topgirls A great part of training is discussion, learning from each other and then continuing those discussions post training with colleagues. Confidentiality and pro-social commenting in the session is a separate topic. Well done for exploring the topics in the session

I had my LGBT+ training yesterday. At the beginning, we were told not to discuss the training with other people so people could feel safe, to say what they think in the sessions. I was told before my training to keep my views to myself. So let’s talk about it.

@DrJessTaylor Oh my, this is horrendous. This book is required reading for our team, it’s not an easy read and provokes thought and comments, as it should - such a shame this is happening. I hope it resolves soon.
