@DistroKid Customer service is fab but it would be nice to have a number to call. I'd pay more for access to such a service.

Most people who write into customer service are super nice. But some are really mean (insulting, demanding, threatening, etc). We treat everyone 💯 nice but subconsciously (human nature?) the nice people probably get better service than the mean people. 🤷‍♀️
