@JRUNMD This is absurd but we experience this regularly. What’s weird is they are denying a “venous” procedure. Which is probably not what you are requesting. Maybe needs to be resubmitted as an arterial procedure. Who knows what they think?

Physician practices spend 2 full days per week to complete on average 40 prior authorizations. That’s 40 patients whose necessary health care is delayed each week. #HB3459 fixes that. We urge Gov. @GregAbbott_TX to sign HB 3459 into law. #txlege #TMAadvocacy #FixPriorAuth
