Lovely afternoon spent with the team at MEAT Ipswich celebrating their official opening. Really proud of my team. Doing a demo in front of guests is one thing but doing it in front of your peers, tutors, mentors and business leaders is another.

Absolutely stoked to receive these today after we supplied some products to Attleborough Academy for the students to learn some biology science. I remember doing the same lesson in school a long while ago. A small donation goes a long way!

Sorry to hear about my old pal Nadhim Zahawi. I was lucky enough to meet Nadhim at a roller disco in Arbroath in 1984. He was wearing a pair of denim shorts that caused a rubbernecking divorcee to banjo herself against a pillar and I’ve kept a keen eye on his career ever since.
