To be fair to Ben he faced the music was gracious in defeat, protected his players and didn’t make excuses. He’s a competitor and you could feel his pain. The time and effort these lads put in has to be acknowledged.

@ballsdotie Donal og was right. It’s a scramble at the best of times supporting Cork. Everyone milks you. GAA tickets, rail, hotels, pubs, food etc. When you are a supporter and trying to bring your son it’s a second mortgage. Yes I did book the early train ticket. So sue me and fuck you.
