I recently attended a conference and had conversion with several individuals. It was surprising to me that they believed that coding is going to go away because of AI. I personally see AI as an assistant tool but not something that will completely eradicate developers. What do you think?

My actual weight loss has not matched expected. Having done some scripting magic to work this out, the best match is if I underestimated calories by 10% and Apple overestimates Active energy (for me at least) by 20%.

With my Apple Watch over last year and a bit I’ve tracked calorie intake every day and combined it with BMR and Active energy, to compare against weight loss. (1/2)
