They platform a handful of massive influencers and a nonstop firehose of news accounts. Cool. But for everyone else? It genuinely feels like the goal is to turn the rest of us into bots. Silent scrollers. Algorithmic wallpaper. They don’t want us actually interacting with our own followers. They don’t want us liking each other’s posts. They don’t want us giving genuine shout-outs that help someone grow. They don’t want us exploring varied interests or jumping into new conversations. God forbid you step outside your assigned “SIM cluster”….that invisible little bubble the algorithm keeps you trapped in. Stay in your lane, post your niche content, and shut up. Don’t engage, don’t network, don’t build community. Just… exist. Meanwhile, accounts get suspended for literally no reason. Zero explanation. No appeal process that actually works. One day you’re there, the next day you’re ghosted. And the worst part? A lot of us are PAYING them. Not pocket change — we’re talking Premium+ memberships, annual subs that easily top $1,000+ when you add everything up. We’re not the free users. We’re the ones handing over real money, month after month, year after year. So let me ask the questions nobody at X seems willing to answer: What exactly do you want from us, X? Do you even want real humans on this platform anymore, or just a handful of verified blue-check celebrities and news bots? Why punish the very engagement that made this site what it was? Why lock us into tiny interest silos and then act surprised when the conversation dies? Why take our money and then treat us like we’re the problem? We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re just asking for basic consistency. We’re paying customers who actually love this platform and want to see it thrive with real people, real growth, and real community…not some sterile, bot-filled echo chamber where only the top 0.1% get to play.
