Woolf was very brave. we should understand that those among us who suffer from lifelong melancholia/depression -- like Woolf, & also Plath, Sexton, Hemingway--should be celebrated for keeping themselves alive, productive & working, for so many years. not when they finally died but how long they persevered bravely & accomplished so much is what is memorable.

Post rock is so funny because it contains two of the best bands of their whole generation regardless of genre and then almost every single other band in the category is derivative slop
