Locked out of @virginmedia account and webmail for over a week. Spoke to them via web chat, DM, email -several promises of resolution. 48 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 24, 24 hours - nothing after each promise Contract ending and keep getting offer but locked out so can’t see it😂

@leeharris85 @virginmedia Suspect I’ll be the same. Out of contract now and the offer is more than twice what I pay now. Good luck
