@ToothLog_app Love the transparency! First app is always the hardest. You're closer than you think — screenshots are just the final touch. Keep shipping! 🚀

Almost there? Or still far?
First app. We have no idea. 😂

@Altawesomeee Ha, glad it's not just me! 😅
Thank you so much for offering — honestly means a lot.
I had no idea app development was this hard until I actually started 😅
I'll figure it out step by step!
@ToothLog_app The RevenueCat + App Store Connect loop is a rite of passage honestly. What's blocking you right now? Is it entitlements, sandbox testing, or something else? Happy to help troubleshoot.
Going back and forth between RevenueCat and App Store Connect 😭
The app is almost done…
but somehow I still can’t reach the launch stage!!

Still fighting with RevenueCat 😭
Why does this take so long!?
I really thought we were almost done by now…
I was very wrong 😂

Just commented on a 104.8M follower denture advocate's LIVE 🦷
She's been doing this for years.
I've been doing this for 20+ years as a tech.
Building in public. The community finds you. 🦷
Coming July. #buildinpublic#dentures
Day 43 of iOS app development.
Integrated RevenueCat SDK and connected the payment system 😭
Started with zero experience.
Now somehow… the app can handle subscriptions.
Launch is starting to feel real 🚀

My wife is building the app.
I'm building the audience. 🦷

@ToothLog_app This is every late night session ever. You go in for a 'quick fix' and surface 45 minutes later with three new problems.
Hoping it looks better in the morning.
Building an app for denture wearers. 🦷
Offline. Private. No ads. No free tier.
Just a tool that works.
Made by a dental tech with 20+ years.
Coming July 2026.

one more if useful for when you do start posting: lead with the workflow pain in the title, not the app. "stop re-typing the same chart codes" gets dentists nodding before they know there's a tool. signal you're ready to pitch is when someone replies asking "is there an app for this"
right call on the slow play. dental subs are exactly the kind where mods + regulars notice newcomers. what's worked for friends in narrow professional subs: spend 2-3 weeks just answering questions in the niche - charting workflows, insurance billing pain, software comparisons. once they see your name with no app attached, the eventual "i built this" lands as someone-from-the-community shipped a thing, not someone-came-here-to-sell.
@ToothLog_app Congrats on the release! 🎉
I'm currently undergoing dental treatment myself, and once that's finished I'm planning to start orthodontic treatment. Will the app also be released in Japan?
Finally got the app registered on App Store Connect
and finished setting up the subscriptions!
It took way longer than expected… but we’re getting
closer to launch step by step! So excited! 🎉
