Engineers: be honest. How long does it take you to actually start working in the morning? For me it’s still 20–30 minutes of pure tab-switching hell. Jira, Linear, GitHub… all the data is there, but none of them tell me “this is what you should do right now.” I end up paralyzed before I even begin. It hurts every single day. Is that a you problem too? #indiehackers #buildinpublic

Product Hunt launch didn’t go as hoped (0 signups hurts 😅), but the support I received made it 100x better. Thank you to every indie hacker who took time to reply, DM, or just say “I’ve been there”. @getordiaapp Been there. I think there is some degree of planning and amplification that is required well in advance to the launch. That's what I saw some folks do.

@getordiaapp ph is a weird funnel. a lot of visitors come to poke around, not sign up. zero conversions hurts but 30 visitors isn't a signal yet, it's noise. the useful data shows up after 300 or so, once you can see the drop off points

Just launched on Product Hunt. Result: 30 visitors → 0 registrations. No one signed up. It hurts, but it's honest feedback. Taking it as a learning opportunity and will keep iterating. Thanks to everyone who checked it out anyway 🙏 #ProductHunt #indiehackers #buildinpublic

@getordiaapp あさひさん！よろしく😃 Project managers are ALWAYS in need! Last one I worked with was Freedcamp which is GREAT but not perfect. Asana and Monday and many others have good and terrible features. I hope Ordia solves those issues.

@getordiaapp Haven't launched on PH but from what I heard - you need a following first, so actually PH launch is not something you do as soon as you ship. Also sometimes products flop on PH and are a success later, there is no golder rule I believe
